    i run 4x a week mostly sa village… bandang phase 5…

  4. napagaya tuloy ako ng running log sayo… I put it in RunningAhead.com, yun nga lang just started this week.

    I run either at 7 am, or 4:30 pm… sa phase 5 ako tumatako for a few laps… mga 2.5 km yung balikan ng Acacia up to the street before Ville St. John, and back…

    if you’re running here sa village, sabay tayo wala ako kasabay pag dito eh hehe…

  5. how come you run in LMP? warm up ba yon for your Boxing Sessions? diba mas malapit sa Manila Memorial?

      tried running within the village. nung hinabol ako ng aso, ayoko na. hahaha! mas malayo na kasi Manila Memorial e, though mas malaki sya. Mas ideal for long runs. 🙂

  6. may nanghahabol ng aso kapag umikot ka dun sa basketball court + football field… ako marcelo avenue + maharlika at least mahaba haba siya… kotse lang kalaban mo hehe…

      yup! notorious talaga yung street na yun pagdating sa aso. mahabol ako along marcelo avenue. haha! dati ruta ko is phase 5 to mgv guard house then back. 🙂
